This beautiful towel set was created by the lovely women of Kenana Knitters in Njoro, Kenya.
A woman's lot in rural areas is a hard one - no running water or readily available fuel for cooking, no transport to the market place; very little access to basic medical attention. The money earned goes direct into the hands of the women who are thus able to improve the quality of life for themselves and their families. These women are "changing lives stitch by stich. "
